Everyone Can Benefit from a Feedback Coach

Coaches provide an external perspective and help to unpack, process, and implement feedback. Research on the effectiveness of coaching consistently finds that across the board, coaching positively influences individual performance, personal well-being, coping skills, and work attitudes.

It’s not uncommon for senior leaders in organizations to have a coach. Just like with top athletes, coaches help leaders improve their “game” in order to perform at the highest levels. For example, even the former CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt, benefited from having a coach as seen in this video.

How It Works

Many of our clients ask us to conduct debrief sessions to review the results of 360 surveys directly with end users. Our team helps unpack the feedback and brainstorm ways to implement changes. Ongoing coaching after the initial debrief is also available. We typically recommend 3-5 sessions  per engagement to set concrete goals, identify possible obstacles and drive growth.
