Here’s How They Work
First, you will answer 16 questions about yourself on a scale of 1 to 5. Then you’ll send a link to others to answer the same questions and to provide additional feedback. After three days, the poll will close (you can extend it if you need to) and you’ll get a report with the following information.
- A word cloud that includes three strengths identified by each of the raters.
- Scores on eight core competencies that are compared to your own self-assessment.
- Specific, open-ended feedback and suggestions from the people who gave you feedback.
