1. Communication skills

One of the things you might consider focusing on is spending a little bit more time listening to others and asking questions. It might be helpful to get a better understanding of what another person is experiencing or saying before sharing your own perspective. While you get the job done in the short term, I’m afraid you might be causing some problems in the long term because people may not want to work with you in the future.”
