Meet Coach Kristen
Kristen is our G360 master coach. She’s a trusted advisor who helps leaders understand themselves better and develop the skills that will help them become more authentic, inspirational, and well-rounded leaders.
In addition to two masters degrees, Kristen holds multiple coaching certifications. One from iPEC, the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation and one through Marshall Goldsmiths’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching program, a proven process for leadership development, coaching and team building.

This short term program will focus on getting an accurate view of strengths and weaknesses and creating a development plan to guide growth goals and action steps. - 6 sessions over the course of 6 months
This program will increase self-awareness, personal effectiveness, and connection with others. It will provide meaningful insights that will help participants find new ways to communicate clearly and respond thoughtfully in different situations. - Leadership Transformation Package
9 month program that includes 9 regular coaching sessions, email and phone support, and various resources depending on the needs of the client.
