Leaders who complete a regular 360 degree assessment get a free follow-up survey 6 months after their original one. G360 Pulse Surveys are brief 360s executed by the leaders themselves to get feedback in as little as three days. Included in their feedback is a word cloud with the strengths that their raters have identified.
