Our 360 degree feedback reports are designed to be easy to understand and actionable. We also offer optional debrief sessions to help unpack the feedback along with various coaching packages. Leaders also get a free Pulse Survey six months after their original assessment to get ongoing feedback.

Quick and Easy Setup

Our self-service platform has no setup fees or minimum purchases. Simply create an account with an email address and password and you’re logged into the administrators dashboard. The resource page provides tutorials and guidance on how to get started. After purchasing survey credits with a credit card, you’re ready to launch your first survey!

The Ability to Customize Surveys

Adding custom 360 survey questions or competencies in your G360 Surveys dashboard is simple. Start with one of our off-the-shelf surveys, such as the senior leader survey or the manager survey and add the supplemental questions and competencies you would like to append to that survey. You can also start from scratch and build your own assessment from the ground up.

Embedded Training Resources

We don’t leave users on their own after they get their 360 feedback results. Reports include embedded training resources with action plans, websites, and book suggestions along with a personal development planning worksheet to encourage growth.

Free 6 Month Follow-up Survey

Leaders who complete a regular 360 degree assessment get a free follow-up survey 6 months after their original one. G360 Pulse Surveys are brief 360s executed by the leaders themselves to get feedback in as little as three days. Included in their feedback is a word cloud with the strengths that their raters have identified.
