Here’s How They Work
First, users answer 16 questions about themselves. Then they send a link to others to answer the same questions and to get feedback about how they’re perceived. After three days, the poll closes and the following results are available.
- A word cloud that includes three strengths identified by each of the raters.
- Scores on eight core competencies that are compared to their self-assessment.
- Specific, open-ended feedback and suggestions from their raters.
Giving Access to Employees
For leaders who would like to use our Pulse Surveys but haven’t done a full G360 assessment, they can purchase a Pulse report for $20. We can also create a promo code for companies who would like to provide Pulse Surveys for their employees at no charge to them.
