Here’s How They Work
First, users answer 16 questions about themselves. Then they send a link to others to answer the same questions and to get feedback about how they’re perceived. After three days, the poll closes and the following results are available.
- A word cloud that includes three strengths identified by each of the raters.
- Scores on eight core competencies that are compared to their self-assessment.
- Specific, open-ended feedback and suggestions from their raters.
Strengths and competency scores are provided for free. To download a full report with rater comments, users enter a credit card to get their results.

Instead of having employees purchase their own Pulse Survey Report for $20, we can create a promo code that they can use to download their report at no charge to them. The system keeps track of how many downloads are associated with each promo code so you know how many pulse surveys are being used and by whom.
