Quick and Easy Setup

Our self-service platform has no setup fees or minimum purchases. Simply create an account with an email address and password and you’re logged into the administrators dashboard. The resource page provides tutorials and guidance on how to get started. After purchasing survey credits with a credit card, you’re ready to launch your first survey!

The Ability to Customize Surveys

Adding custom 360 survey questions or competencies in your G360 Surveys dashboard is simple. Start with one of our standard surveys, such as the senior leader survey or the manager survey. Then, add the supplemental questions and competencies you would like to append to that standard survey. You can also start from scratch and build your own assessment from the ground up.

Embedded Training Resources

We don’t leave users on their own after they get their 360 feedback results. They can click on any of the competencies in the report and be taken to a webpage with suggestions for improvement, videos, and books so users can make concrete action plans with or without the help of a feedback coach.
